Embarkation
In general, passengers may board ships not earlier than three hours and not later than one hour prior to departure. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure a timely arrival at the port. Embarkation typically starts at 4pm but please check your cruise documents to verify the actual departure time of your cruise. In case of an early arrival, you may check your luggage onto the ship and enjoy the embarkation port city during the afternoon.
Ship’s Departures
The ship will sail promptly from each stop in accordance with its cruising schedule. The ship is unable to delay departure for passengers who may not be on board. Unless you are on a ship’s excursion accompanied by the appointed guide, it is your responsibility to be on board the ship prior to the ship’s departure. If you miss the ship’s departure, it is your responsibility to make your own way to rejoin the ship at a subsequent stop. Without limitation, Gate 1 Travel, and its cruise partners are not liable for any costs or losses incurred if you miss the ship’s departure for any reason..
Cabin Assignments
Cabins are assigned within a general cabin category on run-of-ship basis. Specific assignments cannot be guaranteed . Cabin assignments on river cruises will be made available within 30 days of departure, following full payment.
Dining Room Seating
