DAY 3, Mon A morning tour of Bratislava in nearby Slovakia. A tour includes the Old Town Hall, Mirbach Palace, and the Gothic St. Martin's Cathedral. Continue to the 13th century Bratislava Castle, to enjoy breathtaking views. Tonight, enjoy a musical performance on board (B, L, D): CRUISE

DAY 4, Tues Arrive in Vienna and enjoy a guided tour. This morning's tour includes the Hofburg Palace, Vienna Opera House, the Ringstrasse and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. This afternoon is at leisure (B, L, D): CRUISE

DAY 5, Wed This morning, cruise to the Wachau Valley. Stop in Durnstein to view the blue facade of the baroque Stiftskirche. At lunchtime, take a short cruise to Melk and visit the Baroque Benedictine Abbey. Return to the ship for an evening wine tasting. Continue on to Linz (B, L, D): CRUISE

DAY 6, Thurs Arrive in Passau, meeting point of three rivers - the Inn, Ilz and Danube. Enjoy a walking tour of this 2000-year-old town (B, L, D): CRUISE

DAY 7, Fri Morning arrival in Regensburg, one of Germany's best preserved medieval cities. Depart for a tour which includes the Old Town Hall, the Roman gates at Porta Pretoria, and one of the oldest bridges across the Danube. Later, embark on a boat trip through the Danube Gorge to Weltenburg Abbey (B, L, D): CRUISE

DAY 8, Sat This morning enter the Main-Danube Canal. Climb the stair-step locks to reach the highest point of the cruise – 1,332 feet above sea level crossing the Continental Divide. This afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of Nuremberg that features Gothic churches and elegant patrician houses. View the 900-year-old ramparts that surround the city, the Imperial Castle and the Justice Palace where the War Crimes Tribunal met in 1946. This evening, a farewell dinner (B, L, D): CRUISE

DAY 9, Sun This morning, disembark and transfer to your hotel in Prague. Balance of the day is at leisure (B): PRAGUE

DAY 10, Mon This morning enjoy an optional city tour of Prague. Traveling by coach, see the National Theatre, Charles Bridge, Belvedere, Loreta, a panoramic view of Prague Castle, Lesser Town, The House of Artists, and Old Town Square.
